Dr. Roy has worked full time in busy general surgical units of two of the largest hospitals in the region for the last 19 years. A considerable part of his experience has been in management of complex polytrauma, conventional gastrointestinal & peripheral vascular surgery. Minimal access surgery (MAS) is his area of special interest. He has performed over 12000 MAS procedures till date that include abdominal & thoracic operations. Apart from common laparoscopic operations, He routinely performs advanced procedures like small bowel & colonic laparoscopic surgery
